Communication

Communication will be sent to all families in the "O.N.E. Band Notes" via Synergy.  Links to the "O.N.E. Band Notes" can also be found by clicking the banner above!

In compliance with state legislation that was passed earlier in 2026, the ON Band Program will use the platform, Finalsite Two-Way Chat, for messaging.  Instructions for Parents/Guardians and Students can be found below.  As we navigate the change in our communication platform and no longer use the Band App, please know that the intended use for Finalsite Two-Way Chat will be for staff to quickly get in touch with students & families for reminders, quick feedback from individuals, and instances that require immediate attention.  Please make sure your notifications are turned on.  

Finalsite Two-Way Chat is NOT to be used for students directing messages to the entire class/group with unnecessary communication (e.g. "spamming").

Email is the preferred method of communication for students & families needing to reach the Band Staff.  Email addresses for Mr. Maddux and Mr. Hoar can be found in the "Directors & Staff" page under the "About Us" section in the banner above.
